56th Annual NCDTSEA Conference

The North Carolina Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association is pleased to announce its 56th Annual Conference to be held April 23rd through April 25th, 2026, at the Village Inn Event Center in Clemmons, North Carolina.
The “Early Bird” session will be held on April 23rd and 24th. One of the highlights of the “Early Bird” session will be a “Candlelight Dinner” along with entertainment on the night of April 23rd. You can return your registration for the “Early Bird” session along with your conference preregistration and write one check. NCDTSEA 1st Vice President, Lindsay Jones has coordinated some wonderful entertainment for the evening. Information to help with your room reservation can be found on page 8 of the newsletter or by going to our website and then click on 2026 Conference Info and then on Lodging Info.
You can make your room reservation by calling the hotel. A block of rooms have been reserved for April 23—25, 2026. The special room rate will be available until Friday (March 20th, 2026) or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. The Village Inn room rate is $110.00 per night plus taxes.
The conference registration fee is $170 for pre-registration this year. This includes complete conference access plus three meals and breaks. Registration at the door will be $300.
Lindsay Jones our 1st Vice President, has a lineup of outstanding speakers planned for the conference. Come and enjoy a time of fellowship, fine food and take advantage of lots of information to carry back home with you from Clemmons.
